On April 24, 2023, the WEH Community Days event was organized at the headquarters of Spiru Haret University in Bucharest. It aimed to promote the Digital Innovation Centers as part of the European DIH-World network that actively supports the acceleration of the adoption of digital technologies in the Romanian regions where they operate.
On this occasion, the workshop "Export promotion tools in Romania" took place. Opportunities for exporters, digitization and internationalization", organized by Spiru Haret University with the direct involvement of the USH Pro Business center. The University of Applied Sciences and Arts from Lucerne-Switzerland was present in Romania for a week of study on the topic "Global Value Chain Management". The program is dedicated to master's students in the Master's in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Lucerne School of Business.
The agenda of the event covered topics such as: promotion practices through export business centers; export policies; the development of Romanian exports; the contribution of digitization; the experience of Inter-Bio, USH Pro Business and ACEX (Association of Business Centers for Export) in the sustainable development of exports; the presentation of some Romanian producers as exporters.
Also, from the perspective of the digital transformation of companies, the Wallachia eHub digital innovation center and the technologies specific to the agri-food sector, the innovation and networking ecosystems, the promotion and internationalization of Romanian SMEs as well as the success stories of some Romanian producers were presented.
The event was attended by representatives of the company Hipy Bio SRL, of the Bio Concept Valea Prahova cluster, of the Danube Engineering Hub and Smart Alliance Clusters.
