On Tuesday, August 6, 2024, the Wallachia eHub RoadShow took place - Digital transformation: Blockchain, Expert systems and Online learning for LPAs from the Bucharest-Ilfov region, the experts moving this month to the town halls of Afumați, Ștefăneștii de jos and Găneasa in the county Ilfov.

The event was enthusiastically received by the employees of the mail elected town halls due to the possibility of conducting training sessions in the digital field and the informative materials that were offered within them. The main e-Learning platforms for employee training represented a starting point for discussions, the advantages of using expert systems were also presented: precision, permanence, logical deduction, cost control, multiple experts as well as technological trends in the use of blockchain: smart contracts, decentralized finance, blockchain interoperability, asset tokenization, blockchain in IoT, digital identity.

The participants of the event appreciated the Brochure of services offered within the Wallachia eHUB project, being analyzed the four categories of services it offers as well as the way to apply to enter the target group of the project. The participants were assured that there is a Help Desk offered by Spiru Haret University to make the application process easier and to benefit from the digital services offered within it.

Each visit to the town halls targeted by the event ended with a question-and-answer session for the participants – answers to specific questions related to the project and digitalization in public administration.
